Test Veritas provides a Proficiency Test for the research of Biogenic Amines : the parameters under study are histamine, cadaverine, putrescine, spermidine, spermine, tyramine and BAI (Biogenic Amines Index).
From this year we have further improved our Progetto Trieste proficiency testing programme for histamine and freshness parameters, without any price increase!
