With the aim of a continuous improvement of the Quality Management System of our company and our Proficiency Testing Schemes, at the beginning of 2023 we interviewed and exchanged emails with the 21% of the 2022 participants in order to collect their satisfaction and suggestions of improvement .
Through the elaboration of the answers, the overall satisfaction is very good: 99% of the participants we surveyed is satisfied, especially concerning the post sales assistance. We will take in consideration all the collected suggestions and proposals and we will evaluate their implementation.
We are really pleased to have received suggestions from our participants because through them we are able to follow our aim of continuous improvement and achieve our scope of giving the best service to our customers.
